Polaris Dagor All-Terrain Vehicle
NEW DELHI: Polaris India is all set to showcase its range topping all-terrain vehicles at the Defence Expo 2016 which will be held for the first time in Goa, from March 28-31.
Polaris India will be unveiling two new vehicles Dagor and MRZR at the Defence Expo. The Dagor will be showcased for the first time in Asia at the Defence Expo.
"The Dagor is not showcased at every defence expo as it requires permission from the US military which decides where the vehicle is going to be sold," said Pankaj Dubey, Country head & MD, Polaris India.

The Dagor is a 9 seater all-terrain vehicle which can accommodate up to 48 in weapon rings.
"20 percent of Polaris India's business comes from defence and paramilitary," added Dubey.
Polaris India expects an increase of 30 to 35 percent in defence sales.
Polaris is very happy with the change of the venue of the Defence Expo, "Top officials of the Indian Army who will take the final decision will now give their 100 percent attention the Expo as they will not be hampered by work," said Dubey.
When asked if the sale of F16s by the US to Pakistan will change the dynamic of the deals Polaris has with the Indian Armed Forces, Dubey said, "The deal of Polaris with the forces is related to the usage of the technology, superiority of Polaris products and is not dependent on external factors."
